usage and administration, together with modules on telephone
etiquette and skills. Courses may be undertaken on site or at
our training centre: course material is conveyed in a tried and
tested format, led by our experienced trainers.
Companies with specific telecom training needs may, in
conjunction with our senior consultants, create bespoke courses to
accurately meet their business requirements. Initial training
may be followed up periodically with 'refresher' and advanced
